Each school in NSW offers something slightly different depending on the community. Here's what we offer for you.
Canteen
All canteens in NSW public schools must meet certain requirements. These include providing more healthy food and drink options – to make the healthy choice an easy choice for students. Visit Healthy school canteens to learn more.
Belmont North Public School offers a healthy and nutritious menu that meets the guidelines of the Healthy School Canteen Policy.
The canteen operates Monday to Friday.
Canteen volunteers needed
If you can commit to 1 or 2 days per month and would like to volunteer please contact the school office and we will pass your details on to our canteen supervisor.

Uniforms
When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.
Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:
meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation
includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics
is appropriate for the full range of school activities
is suitable for all body shapes.

Our uniform shop
The Uniform Shop is open every Friday morning from 8.30am to 9.30am.
We have cash sales only and we offer a lay-by facility. All accounts must be completed within 6 weeks with weekly payments if choosing to lay-by.
If you are unable to visit the uniform shop during these hours, please download our order form 2018 uniform order form (PDF 213KB)
When you have completed the order form, return it, with the money, to the P&C letterbox located in the canteen.
Once the order is processed, the uniforms will be given to your child to take home.
If you are unsure of which sports colour to order for your child, the house colours are:
- Mirambeena - Yellow
- Wommara - Red
- Buttaba - Blue
- Nulkara - Green
Hiring our facilities
You may apply to use our school’s facilities for appropriate purposes provided your hiring of the facility doesn't interfere with our teaching and learning programs.
We assess each application on a case-by-case basis. Find out more at Using school facilities.
