P&C AGM

The P&C Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 12th March 2019.

Under the P+C Association Constitution, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) must be held once in every Calendar year.

Following acceptance of the minutes from the 2018 AGM and the tabling of the Audit Report for the half-year ended 31 December 2018, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for the following positions: 

• President
• 2 x Vice Presidents
• Secretary
• Treasurer

• Fundraising
• Canteen Supervisor
